Legacy System

The memory system is due for a revamp. Functionality described here may change significantly in a future update.

Notabyte can remember things you tell it and recall them in future conversations. All memory commands are free.

Remember (!remember)

Store a memory that the bot will recall in future interactions.

  • Command: !remember <something to remember>
  • Cost: Free
  • Alias: !rem

Example:

!remember I prefer Python over JavaScript

View Memories (!memories)

View your stored memories.

  • Command: !memories
  • Cost: Free
  • Alias: !mymemories

Forget (!forget)

Remove a specific memory.

  • Command: !forget <memory reference>
  • Cost: Free

Forget All (!forgetall)

Clear all your stored memories.

  • Command: !forgetall
  • Cost: Free

Search Memories (!searchmemory)

Search through your stored memories by keyword.

  • Command: !searchmemory <query>
  • Cost: Free
  • Aliases: !findmemory, !searchmem

Memory Settings (!memorysettings)

Configure how the memory system works for you.
