Terms and Conditions for Yurika Corporation Products

1. Introduction​

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase of the YuriCorp Premium (Lifetime) (Early Adopter) ("Product 1") and the Yurika Corporation Monthly Discord Subscription ("Product 2") from Yurika Corporation ("we", "us", "our" or "Yurika Corporation"). By purchasing any of the products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully and ensure that you understand them before purchasing the products. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase the products.

2. The Products​

  • Product 1 provides the purchaser with exclusive access to certain parts of the Yurika Corporation Discord server, including a premium-only channel and potential future benefits. The specifics of these benefits are subject to change and are at the sole discretion of Yurika Corporation.
  • Product 2 provides the purchaser with 30 "Notabyte Snaks" a day (exclusive to that day, they do no carryover to the next day, a day is defined as a 24 hour period set on the Notabyte server) and premium chat access for a duration of 30 days from the date of purchase.

3. Pricing​

  • The purchase price for Product 1 is $5.99, payable in full at the time of purchase.
  • The price for Product 2 will be disclosed at the time of purchase.

All payments are final and non-refundable, except at the sole discretion of Yurika Corporation.

4. Eligibility​

To purchase and use the Products, you must have a valid Discord account and must follow all rules and guidelines set forth by Discord and by Yurika Corporation.

5. Changes to these Terms​

Yurika Corporation reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on the applicable website or other notification method. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.

At the time of program discontinuation, no less than one month of previous Product 1 purchases will be refunded.

6. Governing Law​

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
